It's a common scenario for me to "quick fix" something in a library I'm maintaining and wanting to release a new version based on this fix asap (i.e. not releasing any other changes via other commits). To speed up this feedback loop I'm proposing to introduce some kind of special "commit commands" (similar to GitHub's support for fixes #xxx) that shortcuts the automatic "Version Packages" PR and cuts a new release instantly.
