Figures numbers not showing in documentation

Figure numbers are not appearing for the figures on the following documentation pages:
https://libcellml.readthedocs.io/en/latest/dev_setup.html
https://libcellml.readthedocs.io/en/latest/dev_contribution.html

and I thought they had been working on readthedocs....will have to investigate to see what has changed. readthedocs is a different theme as well, so likely something has changed somewhere along the lines...
