I downloaded it but don't know how to run it because im a noob

Download Processing 2.2.1 (from processing.org) and unzip the file. Then, run processing.exe inside of the extracted folder. Go to File => Open... and navigate to the downloaded folder.
Then, press the little play button in the top corner. That's it!

Processing files are .pde And never changed from .pde to .pde2 to .pde3. Just compile and your ready to go.
