As a user, I might need to utilize closed captions on the lead video for the Carbon animation page. #730

Title line template: There are no apparent closed captions for the opening video on the IDL animation page. There either needs to be closed captions created and included in the video or the Closed Caption button should be clickable on the video player. The video is on this page

I can't find closed captions.

@mjabbink it is possible for Vimeo to incorporate CC, but we'd need to create and then upload supporting files with all of the CC information in order for the player to read and display the content automatically. This would be a bit of a project in and of itself for all of the videos living across any of our sites.

From what I gather, most of the IBM Design organization uses Vimeo to host videos. Another project is to move everything off of Vimeo and over to Media Center.
