it works well that the image in boot folder,can not work with the image in sub-folder

You can use %2F (/) to encode slash to point to a subdirectory.

I just want to add.

http:https://<hostname.abc.com>/iiif/2/%2F<subdirectory_1>%2F<subdirectory_2>%2F<SOMEfile.tif>

Replace the <>, I used it as a separator. --> some_server.abc.com
