varinf

The varinf package comprises demo code for illustrating variational inference. Example files are located in the doc directory.

• uninorm: Variational inference for inferring the parameters of an univariate normal distribution
• mixgauss: Variational inference for inferring the parameters of a mixture of Gaussian distribtions
