What shall we do

As part of our automatic milestone creation we want to ensure that new milestones have a human-readable description of the form:

Tracks the v5.{NEXT_MINOR}.0 release of the app.`

Cf. milestones.

Why is it important?

This allows us to correlate milestones with releases (post mortem).
