Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I'm on this page, it's not immediately clear that I should reload the page to see if my organization has been accepted. Ie- the bar does not advance to "Results" from "Submitted" automatically.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideal feature is that when someone accepts your organization, the bar automatically updates in real time and view application turns into view profile.
