Bug in metawrap assembly #530

Hi developers,

I try to use metawrap assembly to analyze my data, but something is wrong. Please help me!

You do not have the permission then 'mkdir' could not make a dir;
'mkdir' cannot create a subdirectory belonging to a parent directory that does not exist. For example, no folder named 'S20' in your working dir, but you still want to make a dir named 'XXX' under S20.
