Fixed Nest temperature setting for Range thermo state state. Updated handling for strings to UTF-8. Added separate Dim URL so that explicit on will work. Added state tracking for devices as the Harmony Hub uses this if it has devices from the bridge.

Added logging view within the webpage and log level control. Fixed about dropdown.

Added configuration web screen and ability to save to file. No need for -D parameters. Added reinit and stop command to control bridge. Device that have percentage/value commands for dim control now popup a number selector for test. Multiple fixes and robustness improvements.

Vera device and scene creation was broke after the multiple vera enhancement. Added the copy device configuration feature to be able to "alias" a device to a different name.

The multi-button setup was using the incorrect command names for the button press. Nest temperatures were being rounded for Celsius conversion and did not need to be.

Added integration with the nest system to control Home/Away and Thermostat functions.

Updated how the HA Bridge responds to HUE SDK configuration requests. HUE apps using the SDK should be able to connect fine.
