harmony hub not pairing #797

I've seen a prior post about this, but that solution (upnp web address being wrong) doesn't apply here as ive verified that setting.

Paste from the log page below. The bridge is being contacted by my harmony at 192.168.2.10, but just keeps endlessly creating new usernames. Please let me know what else to try or any other info you need.

I'm in the exactly same situation here, with a voice control device. maybe something to do with 5.0.0?

It most likely is 5.0 if it worked before. Please turn on debug for the HueMulator class and post logs.

I had the same errors with v5.0.0.
Just tried with 4.5.6 and it is finally working.

Well that is interesting. Will need to test that again. It and to be returning the user create request but the harmony hub does not think that is correct.

Thanks for looking into it! Some additional info: I do have a real hue bridge and harmony pairs with that just fine. Just for the testing, I have been unplugging the bridge to be sure there is no interference of any kind.

I have similar issue. Pairing works for me. But Harmony software cannot get a device list. Additional I have tons of strange lines in my log - Already posted a seperate issue about it. I am back at 4.5.6 now and everything is working perfectly again :)

I only wanted to say that version 4.5.6 works without any problems.
I started the discovery on the harmony app (add hue bridge) and it was connected within 5 seconds. and now eveything works. so there is something wrong with version 5.0

HI, I'm having the same problem. Both Remote and App keep telling me to push the button on the Hue.

After looking at the trace, I see that the hub is not taking the user create call. Maybe somethign with the ha-bridge reply. still working on this.

As a work around , I downgraded to an older version ( 4.1.2 ) , Paired my new HA Bridge on HASSIO and then updated again . I noticed that once it's paired it will work with the new release . Problem only happens while pairing a new harmony hub .

Yes, it's something happening with the return of the create user.

It looks like the new Spark has an issue with certain paths. Reverting back to 2.3 from 2.7.1
