Issues with bulleting when mixing <p> and <div> tags within a <li>

Hi!

I have run into issues with the bullets of lists when combining <p> and <div>s with buttons within <li> tags. I'm trying to make a song list with buttons to various streaming platforms like this:

After compiling, here's what i'm getting:

As you can see, extra bullet points are slipping in, and i'm not quite sure why... I have tried placing the tags within the <li> inside of a <div> to try and isolate them, with the same result.

Am I missing something?

(Also wanted to say thanks for this great project, it really makes html emails a lot more accessible to people, it's awesome)
