"NOT REQUIRED" items are DRMFree. And in theory should be downloadable without even NoNpDrm installed. Bubbles generated from it would work even without henkaku ..

But it seems that the bgdl doesn't know how to handle these on its own.. so would require first downloading the pkg partially to extract the "work.bin" file from inside it. Then starting a background download using that as license file..
