Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non-technical terms
I want to be able to receive real-time notifications directly in Frigate's webui whenever there's a detection event. I don't use Home Assistant, the only thing I use is the webui, and I wish to be notify directly in it when having a detection.

Describe the solution you'd like
Whenever Frigate detects an event, a pop-up notification appears in the web interface. We can also have also have a list of the 10 last notifications

Describe alternatives you've considered
Another alternative would be to frequently check the webui, but this is not practical for real-time awareness.

Additional context
The main motivation for this feature is to make Frigate more user-friendly and effective for those who are not using it in conjunction with Home Assistant. Providing built-in notifications would streamline the user experience and make the system more accessible for all users.

Support. Simple html notfication using standard browser api would make sense. It would make Frigate WebUI complete and handling of the notifications completely to the user and their OS.
