Describe the solution you'd like

Ability to set required_zones on stationary config so objects not in a zone are stopped being tracking after a set amount of time.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Let the object continue to be tracked and just use a recording mode to ignore it once it is stationary

Not 100% sure if having a required_zones field is the best option, there may be a better way to handle this edge case.
