[Config Support]: Stationary object keeps triggering event.

Describe the problem you are having

I have a camera facing my driveway. One or more cars are usually parked there. I get notifications constantly with just a few minute to seconds between them.

I have set up an area I call driveway_lower which I want cars to be in if a detection is to be made. I thought that the lower left (or was it right) corner of the bounding box for an object needed to be inside the area but I still get detections.

I would just prefer if Frigate stopped messaging me about stationary objects and just create events for when they first enter and then once they leave.

I'm guessing I've done something wrong, anyone mind pointing out what :)?

Here is another picture showing that Frigate sees the car and that it's not in the driveway_lower box. Again, I would prefer not to have any boxes at all and for it to just make an even once it actually moves again, and not every few minutes.

this is working as expected for 0.13, there is a new review system in 0.14 which only shows times that the objects are active and there is a new MQTT topic (/reviews) that matches that behavior for notifciations
