Describe the problem you are having

I have  a shell command in HA that will create a recording using the HTTP API:

It works, an event is created in Frigate on the camera. However, it is only a snapshot. There is no video. The response from the above command is:

the expected type is json not url-form-encoded

So is the content-type even required for this? I have tried it without the Content-Type parameter with same results.
What would be the proper method/shell command/command line to get this done using curl, or any method of forcing this event.

Yes content type is required, it needs to be explicitly set to json
