✨ Feature Request

For users with larger payloads, it would be beneficial for geovista-slam to support lazy restructuring (see here) into iris Cubes.

This is an important issue for us as we need to be able to load data on vertical levels into CSET and in general need to be able to support loading data ranging from RAL based case studies to regional climate data.
