Does anyone know the Discord URL scheme to launch the Discord app to a specific server?
I tried: discord:https:// and multiple variations after that. None of them seem to work.

For instance open this link from within an app, which opens Discord directly? https://discord.com/invite/rflutterdev
Any help will be much appreciated! 😊
