Blogger publishing can't schedule posts into the future #330

I have the following stackedit doc:

title: This is a test
tags: [tag1, tag two]
date: 2014-02-20 09:30:00

---
Hello, world

Note that the publish date is for Feb 20, but today is Feb 19. What I would want is for this to schedule the post for publication tomorrow. Instead, it publishes the post instantly. In the blogger dashboard, it says that the post is currently published with a date of tomorrow; on the blog itself, the timestamp on the post is for today (the time that I published it through stackedit).

I'll take a crack at this.

Can try the solution posted at the end of #222 ?

Sorry, saw your comment after I created the PR. I'll try that out, though I think my PR solves it a bit nicer (don't have to publish first as draft, then re-publish as non-draft).
