Is it possible to allow Stackedit to be enabled for an entire team? We recently contributed to #1285 and would like to enable Stackedit organization wide for our Team Drives, but it currently seems that each user must enable Stackedit individually.

I'm not sure if there's a setting you can twiddle in the Google Marketplace for this - but if there is, and you can, that would be awesome.
