World Casper 2

World Casper 2 is a Hugo theme ported from the original Casper theme for Ghost, with languages support.

Theme Demo

From the root of your Hugo site run:

git submodule add https://github.com/bablem/hugo-world-casper-2.git themes/world-casper-2

Or if you are not using Git on your site:

git clone https://github.com/bablem/hugo-world-casper-2.git themes/world-casper-2

For more information read the official setup guide of Hugo.

Copy the config.toml from the exampleSite, then edit as desired.

For translate the theme to a new language, follow this two steps:

Fork this repo.
Create a new file with the language code under i18n folder with the translated strings.
Edit the months.yaml file inside data folder. It is necessary for the publishing date of the posts.
Create a Pull Request with your great work!

Much of the work of porting this theme to Hugo has been done by Eueung Mulyana in his repository hugo-casper-two.

The name of this theme is inspired in the original WorldCasper2 project for translate the default theme for Ghost.
