Having user_metadata from auth0 into wp profiles

Hello,
I am working with auth0 wordpress plugin for a while.
My auth0 application uses phone-passwordless method.
All of my usernames are phone_numbers, on the user_metadata I save more data including names from my CRM.

Now: auth0 users are only created on wp with the phone number as user name.
I want user_metadata to be part of the wp user profile.
I went through this guide that explains exactly how to add Management-API-creds to the auth0 app: https://auth0.com/docs/cms/wordpress/configuration#authorize-the-application-for-the-management-api.
