Refresh of settings page changes view - always opens "Features" #101

Click browser "refresh" on settings page and it always closes Basic, Appearance, Advanced sections and opens Features section. Refresh should just refresh the current view.

Observed with OS X 10.10.5, Chrome Version 44.0.2403.157 (64-bit)

Hit Refresh and you get:
