Timeout referencing incorrect variable type in README #173

In your README under Usage you list the variable for timeout as ms('30s')

ms is referencing an external package ms that is not part of this project. The timeout value should be listed as an integer in milliseconds.

Same for cacheMaxAge under the Caching section
