failing install from windows 10

Please consider that I am able to install and rebuild node-gyp;
(I had to manage some issues about PHYTON version and the VC compiler installing VS 2010 to have the cli.exe bin and Windows SDK 8.1 to have the proper libraries).

Despite this, when I launch "npp -g install oniguruma" it gives the following error message:

npm ERR! [email protected] install: node-gyp rebuild
npm ERR! Exit status 1
npm ERR!
npm ERR! Failed at the [email protected] install script 'node-gyp rebuild'.
npm ERR! Make sure you have the latest version of node.js and npm installed.
npm ERR! If you do, this is most likely a problem with the oniguruma package,
npm ERR! not with npm itself.

I think there is only some issues in the installation script (that should be easy to be fixed)
