Schema model should be accurate to JSON Schema Draft-07 + other fixes

Current implementation has some tradeoffs that make it not compatible with all possible Schemas.

Some, but probably not all issues are:

• Schemas can be either boolean or Schema type: feat: add message validation based on schema #21 (comment)
• Types can't be of interface type since mapstructure won't know how to decode.
  • Example: ItemsField

Please consider using https://github.com/xeipuuv/gojsonschema if possible as model (if it has one).

gojsonschema library doesn't expose it's schema properties. xeipuuv/gojsonschema#15 asks for it but there was no PR ever. Considering making it happen.

https://github.com/santhosh-tekuri/jsonschema seems also a good alternative, an it has support for contentEncoding, a thing https://github.com/xeipuuv/gojsonschema seems not.
