Cannot install or even find this extension in Extensions #367

This extension isn’t listed so I can’t install it via Extensions.

To Reproduce
As described at https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=aswinkumar863.smarty-template-support, press Ctrl+P then enter command ext install aswinkumar863.smarty-template-support, see message “Press Enter to search for extension 'aswinkumar863.smarty-template-support'.” press Enter ↵ and then go to Extensions.

Expected behavior
Link to this extension expected but instead I see long list without Smarty related extension at all. Searching by single word aswinkumar863 returns empty list — No extensions found.
