On my system (Armbian 20.08.5 Buster with Linux 5.4.61-odroidxu4), journalctl is located in /bin and this leads to cron spitting out "/usr/lib/armbian/armbian-truncate-logs: 31: /usr/lib/armbian/armbian-truncate-logs: /usr/bin/journalctl: not found"
