Prune index + optional props with a value of unknown

Commonly used types like Record<string, unknown>, which may be helpful when inferred to allow property access, are impossible not to satisfy for any object. We can significantly optimize these cases at runtime by pruning those properties internally.

Note this would not be safe if the StructureNode has an undeclared value of reject or delete.
