What happened:
No way of specifying the name of the workflow through Argo CLI

What you expected to happen:
A --name option in Argo CLI to substitute the workflow name, specifically, metadata.name or metadata.generateName field in the yaml.
This is very helpful in case such as multi-tenant scenarios that users share the same workflow yaml, but want to differentiate their workflow by name.
