[Feature Request]Export and Import Requirements and Constraints (motivation aspect) to RefIQ format

Expected feature :

I would like to be able to export and import Requirements and Constraints to/from the ReqIF (xml) format. We would like to be able to exchange data with requirements management tools such as DOORS. ReqIF is a "natural" format for requirements/constrainsts exchanges of requirement management tools.

A JScript is okay.
I didn't find one. This is why I create this feature request.
