🐛 Bug Report: Recently Deleted Subscribers Cannot be Added Again Without a Refresh #7902

👟 Reproduction steps

Pre-requisite: Assuming you have a few messaging targets [email, push, etc.] in a project & they are added in a Topic already.


  1. Go to Console > Select a Project
  2. Go to Messaging Dashboard
  3. Select Topics Tab & Click on a Topic that has Subscribers
  4. Select one or all subscribers > Click Delete
  5. Now click on Add Subscriber, Select the recently removed subscriber and Add them
  6. Message shows - Added 0 subscribers to the topic.

👍 Expected behavior

Should be able to re-add the subscribers without a page refresh.

👎 Actual Behavior

Subscribers are not added after a deletion.
