🚀 Feature: Add Telnyx as a Messaging Provider

Using utopia-php/messaging, some of the SMS adaptors are already available, while some are not (eg. Telnyx). Can we add these to AppWrite?

🎤 Pitch

Twilio is the most well known service, but for some locations, Telnyx is a cheaper alternative and reliable as well. Since the other adaptors are added to the system, it should be relatively easy to add the others?

Tasks

• Add an adapter in utopia-php/messaging
• Add create and update endpoints in Appwrite
• Update the worker in Appwrite to include the new provider
• Update the Console to include the new provider
