Adding integrations to Appwrite Messaging.

Tasks

• Add an adapter in utopia-php/messaging
• Add create and update endpoints in Appwrite
• Update the worker in Appwrite to include the new provider
• Update the Console to include the new provider

@stnguyen90, I would love to contribute. However, currently, I am fully engaged in addressing this specific issue, and I am still getting acquainted with the Appwrite tech stack. If there is another colleague who is interested and available, feel free to pass it on to them. On the other hand, I am open to revisiting the issue once I've successfully concluded my ongoing assignment, especially if the issue remains unresolved. Thank you🙏🏻
