🐛 Bug Report: Deleting an organization deletes projects that have been moved to another organization

👟 Reproduction steps

If you move a project from an organization to another, and then delete the organization you moved it from, the project will be deleted.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a project in organization 1
2. Create organization 2
3. Move project to organization 2
4. Delete organization 1
5. The project in organization 2 has been deleted

👍 Expected behavior

The project should stay in organization 2 and be independent of what happens to organization 1 after moving

👎 Actual Behavior

The project in organization 2 is deleted along with organization 1
