🚀 Feature: Register first before creating session in OATH2 or Phone

When we are login with OATH2 or PHone, even if they are not yet exist in backend, still the system automatically sign up that ouat2 or phone.

🎤 Pitch

In my experience in firebase, you cant even use the login with OATH2 , they required to use the sign up with oath2 before login this provider. I want also that in appwrite have this mechanism. Because when I am creating a Phone session, the backend system automatically sign up this phone account even if they are not exist yet.
