🐛 Bug Report: Unresponsive Create Deployment CTAs after closing the file upload modal without selecting a file.

👟 Reproduction steps

Description
When attempting to create a deployment by clicking the "Create Deployment" button, a modal is expected to open, allowing the user to select a tar file. However, if the user closes the modal without uploading any file, the Create Deployment Call-to-Actions (CTAs) become unresponsive. As a result, the user is unable to open the modal again without reloading the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the application.
2. Navigate to the Functions deployment section.
3. Click on the "Create Deployment" button.
4. The modal for file selection should appear.
5. Close the modal without selecting any file.
6. Attempt to click the "Create Deployment" button again.

👍 Expected behavior

After closing the modal without selecting a file, the "Create Deployment" button should remain functional, allowing the user to open the file selection modal again.

👎 Actual Behavior

I tried reproducing this but for me when I click on "Close", I can still access and click on "Create Deployment" button. Can you try it once again please?
