🚀 Feature: Add ability to configure whether to delete account instead of block

You can manually delete user completely, but keep in mind that currently it's been made for some safety purpose I suppose. After user "deletes" his account, it just blocks account to prevent it's recreation. To be honest i think this should be changed or add ability to configure this in settings.

🎤 Pitch

If I would need to allow user to completely and automatically delete its account, I can't make it right now. Account gets banned and cannot be used to sign up again. It would be great if i can configure it in settings for each specific project. Also some people complain about GDPR or CCPA.

I recommend creating an Appwrite Function to delete any related user data and the user. The function can also be configured to execute automatically when a user blocks their account.

It's important Appwrite doesn't delete the user when a client updates their status because Appwrite doesn't know what data is theirs and needs to be deleted.
