When in landscape mode and track up, the amount of distance that can be seen forward on the flight path is quite limited. This is due to space at the bottom used by the tabs, and space gray'd out at the top.
The tabs could optionally be moved to the side(s) of the layout.
The gray area could be collapsed to a single line. Or simply don't gray the background in areas where the numbers aren't... there is a large gap between Next and Dist Next in the landscape layout.
