PANASONIC UF-8200 GDI not printing #6004

I have tried everything I can think of to get this printer working. It works from Windows with no issues.
CUPS/Linux can see the printer. I can ping it. But nothing prints.
I have attached snmp and snmpwalk log files.
I would appreciate any help/suggestions.
