<h2>Introduction</h2><hr>
<h3>What is sta.css?</h3>
It is a CSS framework that allows you to build simple static websites that look clean and professional. It built to be customizable so you can easily build your own themes or use premade community themes without modifying the main framework CSS file.
<h3>Who is sta.css for?</h3>
It is built for developers who want a small and easy to use CSS framework with a high level of customizability. Many of the default colors, sizes, fonts, and borders can be changed using an additional <code>config-sta.css</code> file.
<h3>How does sta.css work?</h3>
There are two files needed to use this framework.
<ol>
<li>The <code>sta.css</code> file holds the main framework with a default theme.</li>
<li>The optional <code>config-sta.css</code> file holds custom theme information.</li>
</ol>
You only need to add the <code>sta.css</code> file to your project and include a <code>config-sta.css</code> file in the same directory to change the default theme.

What are you waiting for? Download it below, learn the basics, and try out some themes!
