SDIO initializing error :mmcsd_eventwait for READ DATA failed: -5 #5222

I use a TF card about 16G,when power up my board, some errors happen. From the debug info, the infomation of the card has been recognized,but mmcsd_eventwait for READ DATA failed. Have no idea to sovle this problem.
