LLVM libcxx has changed repo layout, needs adapting NuttX support #1795

LLVM project has moved libcxx repo to a subdirectory of llvm-project repo at: https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project
Shouldn't be hard to adapt install scripts

Ah, I see they offer subdirectories separately and NuttX uses that already. Sorry about the confusion.
BTW, rc2 is out, maybe someone wants to try it out.
