Summary
Migrate platforms from
Documentation/introduction/detailed_support.rsttoDocumentation/platforms.I also remove the status/comments about chips that I know doesn't reflect the current state (ST, Nordic, Infineon).
These notes were maintained by Greg prior to version 10.0. A lot has changed since then and it seems impossible to restore continuity of updates. As a result, mentions of contributors in status updates are also removed.
I hope this doesn't offend anyone, if so, I'm waiting for your comments.
