Fix switched from progressive rendering back to normal rendering doesn't clear the incremental elements bug.
Update zrender to the nightly version to fix other progressive rendering issues.
Add test cases for fix(text): fix gradient text background cause rendering error ecomfe/zrender#756

Still display the old elements when zoom out.
