A little tip: Nobody will be able to help you with this extremely short and meaningless (error) description. You should give more context and describe your problem in more detail.

So your are using Fauxton - the shipped web UI - to access and operate CouchDB?

If your are doing requests via the API, you have to send your credentials / token (depending which auth method you use) with every request. Maybe your read some more docs before you proceed, or describe what you exactly do / want to do (with examples of your requests).
