Allow query to return documents with attachments

Currently the find query system doesn't give the option to return documents with their attachments.

Would it be good to add an attachments:true option.

I also ran into this issue. In the meantime, creating a work-a-round with a second hit to the server using bulkGet for each item returned by fetch just to get the attachments.
