Photoshop CC is in fact supported by our script, but the line you provided is actually from the official built-in script that is supplied with Ps, as I believe. And yes, it's buggy.

We are not associated with Adobe in any way. Our script aims to replace the official one for something better. I suggest you take the issue with them. Or just use our script ;-)
