Feature suggestion - per-layer alpha channel

Firstly, thanks for this script, it's really great.

I want to know if it is possible to export each layer with its own alpha channel (as TIFF preferably) based on the transparency of the layer? I have an action that does this: Select visible pixels of layer (Ctrl+click layer) -> create new channel -> fill the channel with white based on selection -> deselect -> Save TIFF -> Delete channel. Is ist possible to do this by this kind of script?

This action works great, but the Save Tiff part sucks because I have to manualy rename all the files. Is it possible to solve this with the action itself?
